Officially a fling?

Ever got yourself involved in a casual scenario, only to find that you or the other person wants to make it more official? Just because its casual, doesn't mean those involved are both emotionally detached (or so I've heard). In fact, more often than not, one person is entirely obliging the other with a casual liaison just to keep them close.
