Couple.jpg
Leap Year has been the traditional time that women can propose marriage to their partners.

Does this mean that today, and this year, that women who might usually wait for a Kiss or Email, experiment with being the first to send a Kiss to the RSVP members that most appeal?

Many of our RSVP female members do initiate contact, perhaps today, the 29th, is a chance for them to share some tips and hints about the best way to say "Hello" to someone that catches your eye.

Happy 29th of February!

Valentine's Day

Valentines-Day.jpg
Valentine's Day this year seemed to have received a lot of attention as a day to celebrate being single. Parties and events for singles popped up all over the country. However, florists and restaurants were still run off their feet as the old fashioned, romantics among us honored tradition.

How did you celebrate Valentine's Day? Did you head out on a date? Attended a singles function? Or did get your single friends together in protest of tacky commercialism and romance gone wrong?

Is Valentine's Day a time to celebrate or commiserate? Tell us what you think.

STAYING ACTIVE AS THE YEARS GO BY

Tennis.jpg
It is important to stay active as you age. People who remain active in their latter years tend to be happier, healthier and more youthful. In many cases, active seniors retain a good memory and a sharp mental state as well. People, who continue to stay active as they age, are also less likely to suffer from loneliness and depression. Do you go to the gym? How often? What else do you do to keep fit? Is exercise a major part of your life?

Who do you tell what and when?

Dice.jpg
So you have made contact and you have maybe even met. And possibly you have even thought this person could be someone special. How do you handle friends and family?

It is a tricky, tricky world when it comes to dating online when you have been around the block before. Our friends and family have all kinds of preconceived ideas about us and what they think we should or should not do.

But what do you think?

And more importantly what experiences have you had?

Yes we all need to know because this is tricky stuff!

Do you tell them you have met someone online?

What about the kids and the grand kids?

Will they be supportive?

What kind of reactions do you expect?

And what kind of reactions did you get?

Are they/were they supportive?

Do tell.
